Cancellation policy

We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled booking time. Exceptions are noted in the description for select experiences - please review individual listings for experience-specific cancellation policies.

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made by clicking at least 24 hours in advance on the link you received in the booking confirmation email. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time are unfortunately non-refundable. We cannot offer refunds for no-shows or same-day cancellations except due to unforeseen circumstances at our discretion.

If we must cancel your booking for any reason, you will receive a full refund. Every effort will be made to notify you at least 24 hours in advance if we must cancel.
