Your host Sara is a passionate Lombardian cuisine expert who loves to share her region's food traditions. Originally from Como, she has spent years honing her skills in local restaurants and catering operations. Beyond Italian food, Sara is eager to learn about cuisines worldwide - she has attended courses exploring global cooking techniques and ingredients. She also holds a cheese taster certification from ONAF (Organizzazione Nazionale Assaggiatori Formaggi). For this intimate market tour and cooking class, Sara invites you into her home to shop at the market alongside her family. In her home kitchen, she will demystify preparing a classic 3-course Lombardian meal while imparting tips, techniques, and family recipes. Sara's warmth, openness to learn, and deep roots in Como make her the ideal guide for this culinary and cultural experience.
