Option 1: Full italian dinner (149 EUR/person)
Our chef will guide you through preparing a complete 3-course Italian meal paired with fine local wines. Discover the secrets behind traditional recipes and techniques during this intimate cooking class for 2-6 people. The 3-hour showcooking takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30-7:30PM at a charming bistrot in Como's historic city center. Inform us of any dietary restrictions when booking.


Option 2: Pasta cooking experience (99 EUR/person)

We invite you to an unforgettable culinary experience with our cooking class dedicated to making fresh pasta.

What you will learn:

  1. How to make fresh pasta from scratch
  2. How to prepare a delicious bruschetta as an appetizer, using fresh and genuine ingredients.
  3. Discover the secrets to perfectly seasoning your fresh pasta with delicious sauces.
  4. Finish off the meal with tiramisu.

Paired with the bruschetta and pasta, two glasses of wine.

About our Chef:
Born in Como in 1988, Andrea is a great enthusiast of gastronomy, craft beer, traditions and history. An expert taster certified by the Unionbirrai Beer Tasters association, after obtaining his qualification he began holding courses on the history of the brewing world, its social impact, and tasting techniques. Since 2021, he has been one of the voices on CiaoComo Radio, where he runs the gastronomy segment, and he is a board member of the Slow Food chapter in Como. His commitment to the association's activities, which he still follows, has become an opportunity to promote the philosophy of "good, clean and fair" food through various projects - from tourism promotion initiatives in the central Lake Como area, focused on enhancing local products, to educational activities in schools dedicated to the importance of biodiversity and awareness in food choices. Andrea believes that being aware consumers can make a difference and hopes to inspire others.

Excellent class! Must do for anyone in Como

We had the best time on our cooking class. Andrea was so friendly and it was a pleasure making pasta and bruschetta with him.

He was amazing with our kids and they had so much fun making the food and then eating it.
